The weight limit is 50lbs per checked bag. Also American charges $15 one way for the first checked bag and $25 one way for the second for domestic flights. They also charge $50 per bag if it’s over the limit.
it’s 50lbs, anything more and it’s a 50$ fee. oh and the bag must be under 62 linear inches (add the height, depth, and width of the bag)
oh and it’s 15$ for your first check in, and 25$ for each additional one.
American Airlines will charge you for any bag that you check. And if your bag is too heavy for you to lift, then you might want to consider taking two bags.
i dnt think there is a weight limit unless is oversized luggage bt there is only a limit on carry ons, one carry on per person and there is a size limit for carry ons
i believe its 50 lbs. per bag. You can carry more but there will be a charge. All airlines are the same. its a weight and balance issue.
After 7/9, rates might have gone up. Prior to 7/9, first bag was free and any additional bag less than 50 lbs was $25. You may want to check their website for more specific information.
