Be warned!! If you travel through Buenos Aires airport with anything remotely valuable in your case you will most certainly have it stolen. The airport seems to be run by a gang of professional thieves who have no fear of interference from the authorities. Make what you want of that. Some of these thieves must be so piss poor that they’ll even take kids beach toys. Verdict: Argentina has South America’s most crooked airport authorities by far.
