Luggage Boy Editor's Note: On Monday, Dec. 21, the Department of Transportation announced that airlines will be required to let passengers deplane after being stuck on the tarmac for 3 hours, and that they will have to?provide food and water after 2 hours. According to the Associated Press, the rule is effective in 120 days.
