I’m getting paranoid, because I have a very girly, expensive looking luggage and I’m afraid it’ll be a target to a thief. I’m going to California from Alaska and I have one stop at Seattle.
I will be using TSA approved luggage locks.
Have you ever lost your luggage or got anything stolen from it?
What can I do to prevent this or protect myself in case my luggage gets lost/stolen?

September 5th, 2009 Luggage Boy I am in need of a new luggage set. I only need a 21 inch and 26 inch rolling luggage. (of course sets might come with more, but that’s my main need) I have around $100 to spend on the set. I don’t want cheap luggage, but don’t have the money to spend on brands like Samsonite.
Some brands I’ve looked at are Protocol & American Tourister.
What are your opinions on those brands and are there any others that you’d recommend.

September 2nd, 2009 Luggage Boy OK, we’re going on holiday to Lebanon tomorrow morning through Alitalia, and we’re stopping over in Rome. There’s 6 of us and we have like 7 or 8 luggage cases together, along with 2 laptop bags and a backpack. What are the chances our luggage gets lost?

Its a destination wedding & since I need to provide so many details, I’m sending a letter on nice stationary as well. August 31st, 2009 Luggage Boy I will be flying in about a week, and I know the rules for what i can being on my carry on. I was wondering if the rules were the same for your checked bags, like can i only pack 3oz bottles in a quart size Ziploc bag? Or is my checked luggage where i can put my bigger bottles of shampoo and stuff?
