We all like to travel, and whether you travel a lot, or a little, one of the most telling things about you as a traveler is the type of luggage that you are using. We are going to take a look at a few types of luggage to see exactly what your luggage says about you!

When I travel, I like to get as many things as I can in as few bags as possible. The fewer the bags, the less that I have to worry about, and that is why I really like traveling with Kelty backpacks. If you are going on a vacation that is not going to be longer than 4 or 5 days, then the Kelty Satori 5500 backpack could be the perfect solution. Using this luggage says that you like strong, reliable luggage, but do not want to get tied down dragging a suitcase around with you. For a lot of travelers, you just can not beat the good old fashion suitcase. This set is great for individual travelers, but can also handle all the needs of 2 or 3 people on a trip. Totes are another popular type of luggage. Another tell-tale type of luggage is the garment bag. Whenever I am in the airport and see a man coming up to the check in counter with a garment bag, I tend to get the impression that this is a man headed somewhere important, probably a business meeting of some sort. With women, I get the idea that this is a woman that is sophisticated, mature, and likes to wear fashionable attire. Another popular type of luggage is the duffel bag. I love duffel bags, but one thing I have learned is that if you are going to be using a duffel bag when you travel, you should really make sure that you have some wheels on your bag… trust me, you will be glad that you did! I rediscovered the beauty of duffel bags when I was living in Europe for 3 years. Whenever I traveled back to the states I found I had a lot of things I wanted to bring for my family, and at the same time, when I returned to Europe I had just as many things, so it was important to get a big bag that I could stuff as much as possible into (make sure never more than 50 pounds if you are flying or you will pay extra).
