Looking For On-The-Go Portability? Try A Travel Cup Holder

Filed under:

Many of you will be traveling during the upcoming July 4 weekend. I love to travel however, one of the most annoying aspects is having to balance carrying luggage, any souvenirs and a drink. Chances are pretty high that you’ve found yourself racing through the airport, bus or train station with all of these items (and maybe more) in tow. The most common result is dropping at least one of them. Worst case scenario, you drop and spill your drink. Uh Oh!

It’s happened to me while at the airport and it can be frustrating, not to mention time consuming to stop and search for napkins to clean it up. I wish that I had a travel cup holder, like the one pictured to the right. I actually discovered them while reading a post on Outblush.com.

This handy cup holder will fit between the upright bars of your rolling luggage. You can adjust it to fit a standard 20 oz. bottle, cup of coffee, baby bottle and other soft drinks. You can even unscrew it and store it in your carry-on when you don’t have a need for it. At just $12, it’s worth a try.

What Kind Of Backpack Can I Wear While Running Without Having It Bob Up And Down?

I plan to run for part of my commute (from train station to office), and am looking for a bag (backpack or anything else) that I can use to hold clothes and some work papers. I know wearing a bag while running can mess with my posture and become annoying by bobbing up and down, so I’m hoping to find something compact that I can strap onto myself at multiple places to keep it steady. Thanks!

What Options Are There For Luggage Storage In The Madrid Airport?

I am exchange student in Israel this year and I am passing through Spain on my way back to the U.S. I would like to do a little traveling in Spain, like maybe 4 days. But I don’t want to take all my luggage with me everywhere. I would have 2 large suitcases to store. How much would it cost to store them in the Madrid airport? Or, though it would be a bit less convenient, how much would it cost at the train station?
