November 4th, 2009 Luggage Boy Bagels and coffee were neglected Tuesday morning as a group of about 30 volunteers bustled around the Journal Star basement, stuffing backpacks with games and toys for underprivileged children. For Ann Rapp, who has been away from the Peoria area for 19 years, getting involved in the Red Stocking project was a good start to regaining a foothold in the community.
