I’m flying from Midway Airport to Seattle next week. I shave only with a straight razor and was wondering if it was legal to pack into my checked luggage- not my carry on. If anyone can help it would be great

When Is The Best Time To Go Backpack Shopping?
December 30th, 2009 Luggage Boy I know that retail stores like to be ahead of season sometimes, so I am not sure exactly when to go backpack shopping.
I was hoping to pick a nice one up yesterday but the stores in the mall only had a few styles. I don’t really like to shop online, so when should I go to the mall for a new backpack? When do they have the biggest selection? Early June? July?

December 24th, 2009 Luggage Boy My husband and I are doing an around the world trip in December, six weeks, eight destinations. We’ve never done any type of long distance travel before and are wondering what is going to be better – a suitcase or backpack? We’re not actually backpacking, have got everything planned out – accommodation, flights, etc.
He wants to go with a suitcase, I’m thinking a backpack.
Any suggestions / recommendations??
